Who made this, and what it will not do

Bulletproof Online is an independent educational manual. It was written so a person who does not work in security can recognize a scam, lock the accounts that matter, and know where to report a loss.

There are no advertisements and no affiliate links. The site never asks you for money, a password, a recovery phrase, or a copy of an identity document.

Progress on chapters, the checklist, and practice scores is stored only in this browser, under the name bulletproof-field. It is not sent to a server. Clearing it removes that record on this device.

The manual is not legal advice, financial advice, or incident response. If money has already moved, use Get help now and the official sites it links to.
